Our Repair Process

1. Dismantle, assess
Every pump or motor is dismantled completely and assessed thoroughly.
2. Parts replaced
Damaged or defective parts are replaced or reworked to meet manufacturer’s tolerances.
3. Parts machined
In-house tooling and machinery to reduce cost and repair turnaround time.
4. Washing
Chemical washing using manual, high pressure and ultrasonic cleaners before assembly.
5. Assembly
All bearings and seals are replaced as a matter of course to ensure reliable operation.
6. Testing
All repaired pumps dynamically tested to full flow and pressure.
7. Training, improvement
Our engineers and technicians undergo thorough technical and hands-on training. Overseas training with our principals keeps us up-to-date with the latest hydraulic service and repair procedures.
